Andrean Campus Experience (ACE) Award

The boarding program at St. Andrew’s College has long stood at the heart of the Andrean experience. Boarding offers students a deep level of independence, strong personal growth, and a more immersive connection to campus life. For some students, the transition from day to boarding represents a meaningful next step in their development.

To support current day families exploring this opportunity, St. Andrew’s is proud to introduce the Andrean Campus Experience (ACE) Award – a scholarship designed to make the transition to boarding more intentional, accessible, and transparent.

Beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year, SAC will offer 15 annual ACE Awards, each valued at $15,000, to current day students who elect to move into boarding. This model reflects the school’s commitment to providing predictable, clearly defined support at the moment families are considering a transition. The ACE Award replaces the previous savings-based program, offering a simpler and more direct approach.

The ACE Award is available to current SAC day students entering Grades 11 or 12, with up to five awards reserved annually for Grade 10 students who will transition to boarding in Grade 11. As part of the process, students must submit a short essay and participate in an interview with the Admission team, allowing the school to better understand each student’s interest in boarding and readiness for this next step.

The goal of the ACE Award is to strengthen access, encourage student initiative, and support families who believe the boarding environment will help their son thrive. St. Andrew’s College remains committed to ensuring that every Andrean who wishes to engage more fully in campus life can do so with clarity, confidence, and meaningful support.
