Award citations are included on the biographies pages for most of these recipients. These include eight Distinguished Flying Crosses and one Bar, four Military Crosses, three Air Four Crosses, two Companions of the Order of the Bath, three Distinguished Service Orders, one Order of the Patriotic War 1st Class (Russian) and twenty-two Mentions in Dispatches.
