Our musicians were on fire at this year’s Celtic Concert! Built around the theme Teine – the Scots Gaelic word for fire – the annual Celtic Concert drew capacity audiences for two shows at Wirth Theatre just before March break.
It was a sea of art smocks in Staunton Gallery, throughout Rogers Hall, in Towers Library, and in Wirth Art Centre as students in Grades 5 to 8, plus a few Grade 9s, tried their hand at a variety of arts and crafts Feb. 8.
On Friday, Jan. 20, 11 Middle School students settled into the library’s comfortable couches to participate in our inaugural readathon. The purpose of this event was to celebrate reading and to bring together some of the most committed SAC bibliophiles.

Homecoming is when current and former students come together and celebrate school spirit. At St. Andrew’s, this day of festivities and fun is set for Saturday, Oct. 1 and the campus will be decked out for the fall celebration.
The 1st Soccer team went on the road again this weekend and dropped a pair of tight matches. These two non-league games were final preparations for their regular season opener at Homecoming on Saturday, Oct. 1.
