We invite applications for a full-time opportunity at St. Andrew’s College in the role of Admission Associate reporting to the Director of Admission, Marketing and Business Development.
As a key ambassador of St. Andrew’s College, the Admission Associate will introduce and promote the school to prospective students and parents and will work in a team environment to meet annual admission targets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating administrative activities such as responding to inquiries, preparing mailings, and maintaining admission and marketing materials. The Admission Associate will coordinate admission events including open houses, new family orientations and tours, in addition to maintaining the applicant database.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, preferably in a school environment, in addition to a post-secondary diploma or certificate. Proficiency with database management and office software is a requirement. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task. As an ambassador of the school, we seek positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented applicants.
