#142 SAC Highland Cadet Corps update

This last year has been quiet for the Cadet Corps on parade. However, we've been fortunate to be able to continue our leadership and expedition training on our campus footprint through the Leadership programs. Well done to all students, faculty members, and guest instructors for a great year of training thus far.

For the remainder of the year, Grade 9 and 10 Leadership students will continue with their Outdoor programming. Grade 11 and 12 students will move to Plan A of our parade preparations, with the goal being to deliver a modified Annual Cadet Inspection event to take place on May 12. This date is dependent on health guidelines. It is hoped that the event day will finish with a Grade 12 evening event outdoors on our campus. This exciting evening will be organized by the Prefects and Student Heads of House.

A new initiative will see the senior Cadets delivering a fun games day for each grade level, titled the Highlander Adventure Games, scheduled to take place on May 5.
