We invite applications for a Strength and Conditioning Coachat St. Andrew's College.
Reporting to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, this role is ideal for a motivated coach, passionate about youth development, who seeks to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance school athletics environment while encouraging lifelong fitness and wellness for the entire student community.
Responsibilities will include:
To provide open gym supervision and guidance to gym-users
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive training environment
Support student engagement in fitness and wellness
Provide team training as needed
Qualifications:
Coaching Certification (CSCS, CPT) or equivalent, preferred
Background in sport science, strength training, or kinesiology
Experience in school or team-based environments, preferred
Experience working with youth (ages 10-18)
Evening availability
Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

Role details:
Approximately 25 hours per week
Hourly rate range $28-$35, depending on experience and qualifications
Contract will begin in late August and end in early June 2027, with the possibility of renewal
