Strengthen Brotherhood:

Elevate the spirit of brotherhood by embracing every opportunity to deepen connections, foster camaraderie, and build a community where lifelong friendships flourish. By creating intentional spaces and opportunities that unite students across the grades and decades through collaborative projects, team-building activities, and shared traditions, we nurture a culture of support, loyalty, and mutual respect. This enhances the brotherhood within the confines of our campus and beyond graduation. Strengthening these ties ensures every student has access to a powerful network of Andreans, feels a strong sense of belonging, knows they are part of something truly special, and carries that bond with them long after they leave our gates.

Expand Horizons:

Establish relationships that connect our school with diverse local and global communities. By actively seeking intentional partnerships and collaborations beyond our campus, we open doors to greater opportunities. Whether through local or global service projects or virtual collaborations, we are dedicated to broadening the horizons of our students.

Align the Partnerhood:

The Partnerhood between St. Andrew’s and St. Anne’s is more than a collaboration—it is a mission-aligned alliance that strengthens the fabric of our educational communities. By continuously defining, refining, and building this Partnerhood, we create a shared vision that aligns with the values and goals of both schools. This growing community fosters a sense of belonging and purpose, where students and employees are united in their commitment to the holistic development of each student.

Tactics

Plan and execute a celebration in 2026 to commemorate our 100th anniversary in Aurora, highlighting the school’s deep-rooted connection to the community. Engage alumni, families, local organizations, and the Town of Aurora in a meaningful event that honours our shared history, celebrates our growth, and reinforces the importance of community partnerships.
Create opportunities for house, grade, whole-school events and community service projects that foster mentorship and engagement between the Middle and Upper Schools. Ensure that interactions occur across various arenas beyond student leadership, including shared classes, community giving projects, mentorships, and tutoring programs, to promote meaningful connections and collaborative learning experiences between students at all grades.
Explore the possibility of a co-op/workplace/internship program to strengthen ties to the Andrean community (Old Boys, past and present parents, and/or local organizations).
