Introduction 
The aim of our Corps Training is to:
  • Teach the Star program
  • Participate in citizenship activities
  • Participate in physical fitness/sports
  • Conduct optional training as time, expertise, and resources permit
  • Develop leadership knowledge and skills
  • Prepare for our Annual Inspection and other ceremonial events
  • HAVE FUN!
Because many of the elements of the Cadet Training program are also part of the School program, our specific Corps training places an emphasis on the development of leadership skills, fundamental military training, and opportunities for acquiring practical instructional techniques.

    Experiencing the Wilderness - Grade 10 Outdoor Leadership

    The Grade 10 Outdoor Leadership Trips recently came to a successful completion at Killbear Provincial Park. As a summative assessment, every Grade 10 Outdoor Leadership/Cadets program student travels on a 4-day trip to apply their knowledge of outdoor education and survival skills.

    Remembrance Day is always a special occasion at St. Andrew’s College, and this year the students were treated to a week of guest speakers, services on the Quad, and a remembrance mission to visit the graves of veterans.

    Cadet Inspection 2021 goes virtual in 116th year

    The Cadet Inspection is the highlight of the Cadet training year, and this year it is available to Andreans around the world.

    This last year has been quiet for the Cadet Corps on parade. However, we've been fortunate to be able to continue our leadership and expedition training on our campus footprint through the Leadership programs.
