Core French students immersed in Quebecois culture

Our Grade 10 Core French students are in to Quebec for a four-day immersion in French Canadian language and culture.
Eighteen boys have made their way to Saint-Donat, a village set in the heart of the Laurentian Mountains, located 135 kilometres northwest of Montreal.
Along with teachers Carolyn Bilton and Nicholas Day, the SAC group is staying at the Étoile du Nord. The outdoor education program offered is supplemented with a cultural aspect, all in a French language setting.
Some of the activities available to the boys include Alpine skiing/snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skating along a lighted trail through the woods, and tobogganing, with opportunities for music and art programs.
