Nick Tsioros began his teaching career at St. Andrew’s in 1994 teaching health and physical education to grade 9 students and courses in exercise science for grade 12 students. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Ed. from Boston University and is a graduate of SAC from the Class of 1988. Nick was a competitive distance runner for many years, and as a junior athlete he represented Canada at several World Cross Country and Track Championships. In 1996, he was ranked 5th in Canada and narrowly missed making the Olympic team for the marathon. He coaches the Varsity Cross Country and Track & Field teams, and in his free time he also finds time to coach for the Newmarket Huskies Running Club. Nick lives in Aurora with his family.
Carolyn Bilton first arrived at St. Andrew’s College in 2004 and taught Middle School French for a year. She holds an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo and a B.Ed. from Brock University. Carolyn had previously taught grades 4 to 6 Core French and grade 6 French Immersion for the Peel Board. She returned to SAC in 2007 to teach French and history in the Upper School after travelling to Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. In 2009, she assisted with the coordination, organization, and integration of the Extended French program for grade 9. In 2013-14, Carolyn was a member of the CIS Cohort 21 program and is currently involved in the Expert in US program.
