Teacher of Extended French

Teacher of Extended French

(LTO September 2010 to June 2011)

We seek an enthusiastic teacher who is capable of teaching a variety of subjects in the French language to Middle and Senior school boys. The successful candidate will possess a degree in French and hold certification with the Ontario College of Teachers to instruct at the Intermediate/Senior levels.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at instilling in students a love of French language and culture, promoting critical thinking, and developing curriculum that is in line with the College Board’s AP French Language expectations. A proven record of teaching excellence, and the ability to work closely with departmental colleagues, is essential.

Responsibilities will include a teaching assignment and co-curricular involvement, as well as full participation in the life of the school.
