  There were lots of personal bests and quality performances in Oshawa on Monday, May 13, the first day of the CISAA championships.

  SAC Competes in First Outdoor Meet

  It was a sunny Wednesday as the Track & Field team travelled to Guelph for their first outdoor meet of the year. Despite a good portion of the team coming back with sunburns, it was a good day overall.

  CISAA Track Championship Finals

  Your Saints Track and Field team capped off a fantastic CISSA Championship by winning its first Midget Boys title since 1995, finishing second overall in the Boys Division, and stopping St. Mike's from sweeping all three age categories.
